Change Leadership

Improving our capability to drive, manage and lead change is absolutely critical for leaders. 

I help teams and individuals understand, explore and  normalise an individuals’ response to change. Together we can explore the critical elements of change leadership including;  the anatomy of change from a neuroscience perspective, our relationship to change, creating change flexibility, leading the self and others through the emotional impact of change.

I offer change programs, workshops and speaking engagements to suit two main audiences: change leaders and change receivers.

To improve productivity and business outcomes in the digital age, we need to improve capability in people dynamics, communication and collaboration. I can help build capability in human to human connections by building skills in; influence, engagement, interpersonal impact, teamwork, navigating different personalities and leadership styles, difficult conversations, understanding human behaviour and motivation, navigating politics and
power dynamics and relationship building.

Mastering and investing in these key future of work skills will be the difference between a business that thrives in the digital age and one that struggles to survive. 

My Approach

Anneli has been working with leaders and teams to improve their communication and interpersonal intelligence for over a decade, bringing to the table a recognised expertise in the field of communication and change leadership.

Fuelled by her passion for the study of interpersonal intelligence and communication mastery, Anneli works with her clients to decode people dynamics that improve performance and produce results. She uses her sharp analytical skills and uses real time examples to reinforce the learning and the application of communication and change models.

Anneli delivers and facilitates workshops, programs and executive coaching solutions in a number of key areas including; difficult conversations, credible communication, finding the unlikely leader, women in leadership, new manager essentials, decoding leadership derailers, communication for collaboration and connection, team dynamics, improving empathy, future leadership, people dynamics, improving interpersonal intelligence of leaders, complex communication and people dynamics.

As an experienced keynote speaker her dynamic style and stories disarms audiences and produces high levels of engagement and learning outcomes. She works to understand each audience and tailor programs and workshops prior to the engagement and on the fly, in the room.
