I assist individuals to build awareness and skills in strategic marketing, social media marketing, customer engagement, social media channel strategy and more. I can enable teams to understand and utilise emerging marketing technologies, digital content strategy, social storytelling and brand communication. 

Resilience

I mentor and coach people working in the high stress creative and digital industries.  For business owners our program will help your team increase productivity, reduce Absenteeism and increase retention. For the individuals involved it helps build and maintains your ’ resiliency proactively by preparing for high stress occasions at work such as launches and maintain your high levels of creativity. 

My Approach

I am an empathetic, people first coach, facilitator and mentor. I’m interactive, dynamic and draw on my real world experience having worked in high performing teams and alongside globally recognised brands.

I create a safe space for people to learn and grow, or work through change.  As a life long learner I continually invest in my own professional development, and draw on new, relevant learnings with coachees and businesses.
