I drive change. You know how you wish your people were more effective…well, I help my customers identify and adopt the capabilities, processes and systems needed for improved business performance. I’ve done this in many companies including Westpac, Allianz, Woolworths & ABCN because people want to do a great job.
My Experience includes;
I guided the design & development of an app at Westpac for orientation – it accessed QR codes at different places within the building to share relevant information. Having once been a programmer, I understand principles of design/build and was able to guide identification of required components making it easy for the development team.
I was MC for a 5-state virtual offsite at Westpac, interviewing those in my location and managing Q&A’s across the 5 states. I am told I have a good voice for audio, have recorded audio for training purposes and coached virtually (zoom/skype/phone).
My written communication is strong. I have developed communication plans in many roles, facilitated forums and training for 20+ years. I co-authored high school text books, have produced training content for promotional purposes, other facilitators, participants, etc, and written many scenarios/stories to engage learners on an emotional level and prompt in-depth discussions. I have also produced many business cases for, and evaluations of, projects or training.
Whilst NSW State Manager at ABCN (4 day role), I did Executive Coaching for Aon with half a dozen high performance leaders. I debriefed using two different 360 tools and have managed 360 application/debriefing using various vendor products in several companies previously. I’ve created leadership and employee wellbeing/engagement surveys, and am also Occupational Personality Questionnaire (SHL) qualified. More recently, I initiated taking the ABCN employees through Clifton’s strengths based leadership profiling, which enabled individual strengths to be better understood and utilised.
