I enjoy and excel at designing strategy recommendations to lift organisational/team capability. This could be proposals, learning paths, training needs analysis or brainstorming what’s required to stand up a project. I’m also an award winning instructional designer with strong content writing ability and a passion for onboarding, learning, engagement, culture, mindfulness in workplace and the employee experience.

My Approach

I take great care to design and recommend learning and organisational strategies, solutions and programs that are sustainable, hit the mark for the greater good for all involved. I take a non assuming approach where I seek to understand the project holistically in order to deliver the best result possible. My projects are successful before they are bespoke and specifically meet the needs of the customers/clients/learners they have been designed to help. 

A focused, resilient and experienced HR Strategist and Learning & Organisational Development Specialist with key strengths spanning across HR projects, award winning instructional design, facilitation, change management and employee communications that is geared to lift organisational capability, increase employee engagement and retain talent.
Key experience in designing customised learning and organisational development end to end solutions and frameworks including and not limited to: Commercial/Business Acumen, Leadership Development, Onboarding and Induction programs, and Learning & Development strategy/process/guidelines.
Defining HR learning and organisational development strategy including ways of creating a more capable, inclusive, diverse and engaged culture is a thread that is woven throughout fifteen years of experience.
