I specialise in Leadership/ Management coaching and helping companies change culture. I focus on supporting the introduction of a coaching culture throughout an organisation. We already know people leave managers, not the jobs. I support managers and help them to implement new skills in the workplace.

I focus on helping implement real change that results in improved employee engagement, staff retention, saving money via less recruitment and increased performance and morale. I do this by setting clear and measurable goals with the managers I work with so that they see an impact and real change in the way they work.

My Approach

I believe that we hold the answers we seek inside us. As a coach, it is my job to help you uncover those answers. Implementation is key – you can learn all you want to, but if you don’t take action, you’ll never succeed. I help companies create thriving, innovative workplaces, by supporting managers to create safe and fulfilling environments for their teams.

My work is focused on bringing an ROI to the organisations I work with. I specialise in extending the learnings from training by introducing six month coaching with individuals and teams of managers. By working with managers on making change in specific and measurable impact I am able to demonstrate return for organisations. I can attend planned training or facilitate your workshop content and then follow up with coaching. If making a real difference is important to you I am here to help your managers make the shifts they need to get better results from their teams.

My approach is to take a holistic snapshot of the company, the individual leaders and the culture. We then work to create the new vision, find the gaps in both culture and leadership development and then implement a robust action plan to ensure results are delivered.

My toolkit consists of Behavioural surveys, Culture Surveys, 360° feedback, formal training and individual coaching. This toolkit can include; Leadership style profiling, Communication style profiling, Selling profile, 360° Feedback, Workplace Culture Survey, and Individual Training or Coaching.
