My Approach

I’m a learner centric designer who uses the
learner’s needs to inform every decision I make. I thrive on a challenge and love crafting learning experiences that are engaging and meaningful. I’m a self-starter and happy to work independently, whilst being collaborative by nature. I genuinely value feedback and believe that diversity of thought leads to the best possible outcome for the learner.

An artist at heart, I always bring creativity and the best of myself to a project. I want learners, clients and stakeholders to be surprised and delighted by what I create. I’m deeply curious and always look for ways to improve my craft. To make learning outcomes stick, I focus on changing behaviour rather than serving up information dumps. Giving a clear and compelling WHY upfront provides the clarity and engagement needed to deliver on learning outcomes.

My strengths and passion lie in video production (end to end), animation, graphic design (including illustration), leading creative direction and copywriting. I’m also no slouch when it comes to eLearning development and instructional design. If you choose to use my services you’ll be getting a hardworking professional with over 20 years of L&D experience. I don’t take myself too seriously and love to have a laugh along the way.
