Leadership is vital to the success of organisations. I focus on developing the essential skills that leaders need to be more effective. Emotional Intelligence, Negotiating and Influence, Talent Management, Leading Others Through Change, Reflective Practice for Leaders, Managing Staff, Coaching and so on. Whether they lead small teams or large
organisations. Leaders make all the difference in organisations.
Leadership development is a vital investment. In addition, I enjoy developing potential leaders and helping individuals excel in their current and future roles. Helping strengthen their skills in Communication, Presentation, Client Service, Time Management and so on.

Team Building and Psychometric Testing

Effective teams are the lifeblood of organisations and leading and developing them is an essential skill.  I enjoy working with intact teams using one of the many instruments that help give individuals insight into their own behaviour and the behaviour of others. I am accredited in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and II), Team Management Systems, The Belbin Team Roles and the DISC Advanced Profile. Whether it’s helping establish newly formed teams, strengthening effective teams or helping dysfunctional teams get back on track. Team building is at the core of strong organisations.

My Approach

Adam uses practical applications of management principles and theory plus a humorous and theatrical style to ensure that participants enjoy their learning experience and are able to translate their newly acquired skills to the workplace. His knowledge of adult learning principles, group dynamics, learning styles and human behaviour ensures that the training will appeal to a broad range of participants.

Adam has worked in a range of Human Resources positions for over thirty years. In his current role as a Learning and Development Consultant he has developed and conducted a wide variety of management and personal development programs for a broad cross section of clients throughout Australia and New Zealand since 1995.

With a background in theatre and a passion for photography, Adam brings a level of creativity into the training room. Combined with his responsiveness to the group’s needs and ability to draw on his wealth of organisational knowledge, participants are ensured of a meaningful and engaging learning experience.
