Most leaders recognise the importance of keeping people engaged, motivated and committed to their work and organisation. Indeed, it’s a common requirement of most leadership positions. However, most leaders will also tell you that keeping people engaged, motivated and committed isn’t so easy a task. Our leadership programs equip leaders to; enhance the motivation, commitment and engagement of their staff, and generate greater performance and well-being in their business.


The most productive teams understand how each individual member likes to operate:
how they prefer to be communicated to as well as what pushes their buttons. Our training
gives people this language. Having a set of terms to discuss communication styles/behavioural differences can help a team understand the inherent strengths and potential areas for conflict that commonly arise in group situations. Our, engaging, insightful and fun training will help you discover and maximise your strengths that you may not even be aware of.

My Approach

Based on my experience in recruitment and my work as a leadership trainer and coach, I
learned that employers usually hire people based on skill and fire them based on attitude.
This made me realise that technical skills alone are not enough to get someone to keep their
job. This gave me the impetus to pursue my passion to help leaders realise the importance
of engaging their staff through Emotional Intelligence, inspiring leadership and effective

I specialise in delivering highly interactive/engaging training workshops for leaders and teams. The workshops are aimed at making the participant take ownership and accountability to implement what they have learned. One thing I do well is to help participants identify their strengths, areas for development and take action because they want to.
