Together, we focus on building on strengths to confidently engage with each other. We explore our customers needs and create ways to deliver enduring customer value through better relationships.
My Approach
I focus on building enduring relationships with clients that create real value. I believe in making meaningful connections with people in the training environment. I provide facilitated workshops that are learner centred. This engages the learner, generates interaction with in the group and assists the learners to view the material through their own lense and make changes that are relevant to their specific needs and situation.

Jenny delivers leadership training to our accounting staff. Since 2012, Jenny has trained over 40 staff members.
Her leadership course covers a wide breadth of topics which help prepare staff for supervisory and management responsibilities. The training extends beyond work and applies to the enrichment of personal lives outside of work.
There is the opportunity to actively participate in 8 modules delivered in 4 hour increments with a range of media. Jenny encourages our staff to self-reflect throughout the course which they report is challenging and yet useful. Jenny helps staff understand the different types of people in the workplace and how they think and operate; most importantly, she helps them learn effective ways to improve how they react and respond to different personality types. There is an extensive range of information, delivered with differing viewpoints and plenty of resources to extend one’s understanding and practice.
