I help  organisations establish build the capabilities of their leaders. I like to create bespoke programs that meet your learners needs and challenges. With a background in mediation and industrial relations I thrive in environment where  I am supporting people leaders to can confidently navigate and resolve conflict either within teams or with key stakeholders. 

My Approach

I like to create learning environments that are fun and highly engaging. I have a background in HR, industrial relations, business and government so I understand organisations and the types of outcomes they may are looking for.

If your team works in tricky situations with other teams customers or within their team I can add a lot of value to their leadership practice. My approachable and engaging style helps people breakdown how to build effective relationships and to lead in  environments where conflict is present.

Any team that needs to master their communication and bring real value to their relationships will benefit from working with me, 

I am passionate about supporting managers and their teams plan and work through change.  I have been involved in a number of change projects as well as conducting workshops with managers in a wide range of organisations, to plan and communicate change as well as understand responses to change and respond constructively
