I support organisations and individuals to improve mental health fitness and foster resilience through customised mental health skills training or coaching made relevant for the job, team or individual.

I shift teams and individuals towards customer experience excellence by building  core sales and service fluency. I help my clients build and practice skills to confidently engage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

My Approach

I help people engage with their work with meaning and create authentic connection, providing the relevant tools, purpose and content to improve business performance and thrive. I assist clients and teams build awareness and practice coping mechanisms for resilience, peak performance and sustainable leadership or sales performance.

I assist managers and individuals to create supportive working environments that foster high levels of individual and team sales performance and employee satisfaction. I’m skilled in delivering mental health fitness training and mental health coaching, which can include coping mechanisms to aid with sustainable performance.

I have a passion for connecting with and supporting people by providing them with the tools they need to drive leadership and sales performance. I have delivered effective programs that have lifted sales by up to up to 30% and profit margin by 15%.

I am best known for creating connections with individuals that have a lasting impact. Regardless of whether I am coaching or facilitating a social learning event within a group, I can connect with a diverse mix of people on hard content and take them to the next level. Whether that is in highly focused sales environments, at the c-suite or in the field or on the phone as a volunteer I can utilise my years of experience, to deliver the content  the individual or team requires to move them forward.

Bill has related to all levels within the

As a presenter, Bill is great. I particularly like
