My work is focused on bringing an ROI to the organisations I work with. I specialise in extending the learnings from training by introducing six month coaching with individuals and teams of managers. By working with managers on making change in specific and measurable impact I am able to demonstrate return for organisations. I can attend planned training or facilitate your workshop content and then follow up with coaching. My approach is to take a holistic snapshot of the company, the individual leaders and the culture. We then work to create the new vision, find the gaps in both culture and leadership development and then implement a robust action plan to ensure results are delivered.
