Do you want to support teams to create behaviour change through building self-awareness and behaviour skills training. Deb’s deep experience allows her to demonstrate new ways for leaders to engage with teams. Through helping people to come to a new awareness she is able to unlock opportunities for people to practice new skills. This focus on skill based engagement allows people to start implementing new leadership practices more confidently and in ways that their team can engage with easily.

My Approach

Deb’s approach is very practical, and is based on over 20 years experience in senior and executive leadership positions in some of Australia’s best known companies. This creates huge credibility with participants and audiences

Deb’s focus is creating and embedding behaviour change. Where others teach about leadership, or about feedback, or about resilience Deb shows what these look like at Best Practice levels while people are super busy at 10am on a Thursday morning
