About us and our mission

What we do

Change Republic helps learning and development teams and businesses find experts to design, develop + deliver training workshops and e-learning. Our community includes experienced, independent, local learning facilitators, training facilitators, executive coaches, e-learning designers, blended learning designers and learning and development project managers and strategist freelancers.  We help people source freelance learning experts, quickly and cost effectively, to work on projects or roles for a morning, a day or a year.

Our Why

We want to help people and teams thrive in work 4.0. This means building our individual capability to be resilient, creative, innovative, think critically, collaborate and much much more. To thrive at work today we need to learn new things and implement them, create lasting behaviour change and learning outcomes. Organising our own learning and development and knowing which facilitator or executive coach or learning freelancer is right for our job or project can be a little tricky. The Change Republic platform is making this process easier, faster and cost efficient. Our platform supports and enables the learning professionals who are building future of work skills and learning outcomes for employees across Australia..
