Change Republic is an online platform  and community where business customers connect with experienced, verified learning and development professionals like trainers, facilitators, executive coaches and solution architects. 

Why we are 

Organising learning and development is increasingly complex and we like making things easy and fast. Our platform supports and enables the learning professionals who are creating the future of work for employees across our country.  


 

 

Our mission

To assist clients to be more agile and build capability by giving them one easy place online where they can; find learning and development professionals, create personalised learning experiences and book workshops and coaching online, on the fly.

Emily Walker

Emily Walker

Co Founder

Emily is passionate about connecting people with solutions or individuals that help move us forward. Emily Walker is strategist and corporate sales consultant with experience in the learning and development and advertising industry. Emily’s key skills include learning and development project management and strategy, engaging key stakeholders, corporate sales, account management, digital marketing performance campaign management, brand management,  communications and strategic planning. Having transitioned as a strategist in brand and campaign planning to the learning and development space, she is passionate about mental health and improving employee experience. Emily believes that learning, connecting and sharing stories at work can improve our experience of work.

 

Kylie Sinclair

Kylie Sinclair

Co Founder

Kylie Sinclair has spent her career engaging with and understanding how great communities form and stay together. Kylie Sinclair is a startup founder and commercial director with extensive corporate sales and general management experience within both the training industry and media industry. Kylie’s business development and people skills have seen her successfully launch and grow two digital agencies start ups for media organizations within Australia. Kylie has a background in creating opportunities for small business to grow through digital marketing and in corporate sales, and is passionate about using technology to free up time. She sees professional development and coaching as one of the most effective ways of supporting women to reach their goals.

A leadership professional and with a passion for learning and development and expertise in leading growth sales outcomes in both the media industry and training industry. Andrew is a key influencer and advisor, with a demonstrated history of unlocking organisational value and a track record of developing high performing teams in both the learning and development and the media industry.

Nikki Carson

Contributor

Nikki Carson is an audience engagement specialist and senior HR business partner with extensive experience and passion for employee engagement. As a key advisor and contributor, Nikki assists our co-founders with the strategic direction of our business customer experience. Nikki believes learning is a fundamental aspect of employee engagement and in the process of building functioning, resilient teams.
